Unknown boy

Does anyone know who this little boy is?
On Wellpark we were told he was an orphan, without any family or parents with him. The ship's crew thought he was lucky because he had special feet. Does any one know who he is or where he is? Trying to read the label it seems his name might be THANH but I cannot be sure.

So that is what six toes looked like. Andrew came home full of him, he thought he was so cute.
