The person kneeling in the middle is James Huynh - he's the one in the top centre photo on this website, the first boy standing up from the left. To his left is me - I'm the little boy stood up on the right in the top centre photo on this website. To his right is Ritchie. My sister, Le Le, is in the back row on the right and next to her is my mum and dad (Muoi and Khiem). My eldest brother Steve took the photo and we were all on the Boat. It was taken in Bournemouth, UK. It was probably taken about 30 years ago.

Just finished reading your notes and letters about the rescue and the days following on from that eventful night. I was only a little boy back in 1978. Wow! I can remember snippets of events, but you have really helped to bring it all back to life! Thank-you so much for doing your part on the Wellpark. You and your colleagues gave us all another chance of life and we are all so grateful. I would love to have the chance to meet as many of the Wellpark crew as possible so that I can thank you all in person for saving our lives. Your account have made it all so much clearer. Thanks for publishing all the photos as well. We will never be able to thank you and all the crew members enough. Hope to see you and some of the other crew members at the proposed re-union in October. Thanks again!
