- About Me:
- I was four in 1978 and remember a little about that night. I was wet, cold and hungry and the water kept coming into the boat (we were on in the middle section). After the rescue, I mostly remember sleeping on the deck and waking to an amazing sunrise. Did I make that up? It is just dawning on me as I look at my children aged 6 and 7, what an amazing thing happened that night. I was given a whole life that night. I am really proud to have this as our shared history.
