Hi Calum, welcome to the site. I've been trying to track down some of Wellpark's catering staff for ages, so I was lucky to spot you on SN. Do you know the whereabouts of anyother crew-members? As you were a catering boy on Wellpark at the time of the rescue you and members of the Catering Department were vital for so much of the welfare of everyone on the ship, not least in ensuring the ship's provisions for 49 crew could be made to feed almost 400 mouths instead. It would be great to hear your memories of how you did this. I believe Pat Croarkin, Chief Cook, died some time ago, and you are our only member from that part of the crew (so far) If you have any photos, it would be great to see them. Would any Vietnamese like to comment on what the food was like on Wellpark ; )
