Hello John,

How are you? I was in Maryport last year as we escaped north to avoid the rellies for a week. I had a look in the local phone directory there but couldn't find your number.

Are you going to the reunion in October. I'm going to try to get there but it's looking a bit unlikely at this stage. I'm probably going to be working, so I'll only get a fortnight gap at most and the buses from New Zealand are expensive! I'm still working on the problem, so it may happen yet.

Anyway, here's hoping you're keeping well. Have you still got the Christmas Rose or is she long gone?
